Welcome to Interview Ace Academy! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Interview Ace Academy website (the "Website") and your enrollment in any of our courses (the "Courses"). By accessing the Website or enrolling in a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or enroll in any Courses.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Interview Ace Academy, a business operating in Sydney, Australia, with ABN 12 345 678 901. By using our Website or enrolling in our Courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you are accessing and using the Website or enrolling in Courses on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Website.

To enroll in a Course, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Interview Ace Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Interview Ace Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at its sole discretion.
Course fees are as specified on the Website and are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on the Website. All payments are processed securely.
Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment to secure your place in the Course, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Interview Ace Academy.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed.
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a Course, you must notify Interview Ace Academy in writing via email to enrolments@interviewaceacademy.com.au. The following cancellation policy applies:
Interview Ace Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future course date.
All content on the Website and within the Courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Interview Ace Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without the prior written consent of Interview Ace Academy.
Specifically, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to share, sell, or distribute the Course materials to any third party.
The Website and Courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Interview Ace Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website or Courses, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Interview Ace Academy does not guarantee any specific results from enrolling in our Courses. Success in job interviews depends on a variety of factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interview Ace Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Website or Courses; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Website; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Interview Ace Academy has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall Interview Ace Academy's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Website or Courses exceed the amount you paid to Interview Ace Academy for enrollment in the applicable Course.
You agree to indemnify and hold Interview Ace Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or Courses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Interview Ace Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Website, and the revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website or enrollment in Courses after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
